Shipping policy
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are sent with an authority to leave at the delivery address. Shipping times are never guaranteed and are only a guide.
How much is Shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates are based on weight and destination, using domestic rates from various carriers.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping
Split Order Shipping
Your order may be shipped in multiple parts depending on where our stock is located. We will do our best to advise you of split order shipping so you can expect to receive multiple deliveries. You will only pay one shipping charge for your entire order regardless of the number of separate shipments.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@yournextpart.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Alternatively, you can use our live chat feature to get in touch.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We will not ship orders to P.O. boxes. Please provide a residential or business address when completing your order. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your order as we will need to contact you for an alternate shipping address.
